This course empowers Grade 11–12 learners—especially those navigating displacement, trauma, or systemic barrier—to explore systems of physical, emotional, and social health through trauma-informed, multilingual, and project-based instruction. Students build fluency in self-awareness, care strategies, and community resilience while designing artifacts that reflect dignity, agency, and hope.
